Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges exclusively for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
To initiate the return process, please contact us with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason(s) for the return request. We will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA number) and detailed return instructions.


Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns without a valid RA number or if the returned items do not meet the following conditions: items must be returned sealed, unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received by you.


EasyGlam does not offer free shipping on returns or exchanges. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the delivery of returned items. This will allow you to track the return delivery when using your own shipping label.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.
